Registration Information:

Space is limited to 100 people: Register early! Registration deadline for reservation of rooms: Rooms will be held until April 2, 2005 . Please make your reservations before then. For registration after April 2nd, please contact Colette Fleuridas to learn if meal reservations are still possible and if space is still available.


Symposium Fees:
  

Attending the symposium is FREE for all those who are from member institutions. There is no limit to the number of people from a given institution who may come to the symposium. However, everyone must register and pay IONS fees in advance (see information below). Faculty, administrators, and clinicians who are not from a membership organization may attend for $50.00. There is no symposium or commuter fee for any undergraduate or graduate students; however, they must pay for their rooms and meals.

The annual CHTP institutional annual membership fee is $50.00. If your institution is interested in joining CHTP or if you have any questions about membership, please email Chris Aanstoos or phone: 678-839-0618. To renew institutional membership, please email Art Warmoth or Skip Robinson. Please insert “CHTP Renewal” in the subject heading of the email.


IONS Fees:

Residential: Room and board at IONS (covers Friday dinner, Saturday meals, and coffee/tea service throughout the day):

Single room rates (per person): $145.00 per night ($237.00 for two nights)

Double room rates (per person): $117.00 per night ($191.00 for two nights)

Day (commuter) rate: $15.00 for Saturday (No commuter charge for Friday evening for all attendees; no commuter charge all weekend for students.)

Meals: Must reserve in advance. Excellent, mostly organic meals!

Dinner: $20.00 Friday and Saturday

Breakfast: $10.00 Saturday and Sunday

Lunch: $15.00 Saturday

Commuter rate Friday and Saturday: $78.00; Saturday only: $58.00

Student rate Friday and Saturday: $63.00; Saturday only: $43.00
